How did you get roped into doing this, and what was your first thought when asked?

My wife Jennifer is part of the committee and was also a past model, so when the boss asks you say yes. My first thought was, I don't want to embarrass Jenny. She was the winner her year. Those are quite the high heels to fill.

 

Why did you say yes?

It is a great cause and I think it is important for the Business Community to support local causes in order to make our community a better place to live.

 

What is your official job title?

I am the CEO of Revolution Design Group.

 

How would you describe your job to your mother?

My job is to help our clients build their brands by reaching the right people and delivering the right messaging. I spend my day giving advice, making plans and making sure my team follows through for our clients.

My dad was a cop and my mom was a teacher and a school principal. My childhood was survival of the fittest to say the least. Next question......

 

Tell us about your personal passions, talents, and/or hobbies.

When I see something that can be bigger and better I have a passion to make it happen. My favorite thing is being a dad. It is the best job ever.

 

What is something that you swore you would never do as a parent before you had kids that you do now?

My son is only 2 years old. Give me a few years...

 

Who inspired you when you were growing up, and why?

Ferris Bueller. That guy was wicked smart and used it to have a good time and makes the lives better for the people around him at the same time.

 

If you could go back and talk to your 12-year-old self, what would you say?

Hang in there and stay focused.
