Get To Know Scott And Why He Said Yes To Being A Model
How did you get roped into doing this, and what was your first thought when asked?
Jennifer Revoal , Owner of Revolution Design Group (and Catwalk for a Cause Committee Member), can be very persuasive. My first thoughts were, “I have to do what on stage?!In front of how many people?!”
Why did you say yes?
Education, youth development, and physical wellness are important causes to me.Boys & Girls Club of Emerald Valley addresses all three of these causes and supports children and families in our local community.
What is your official job title?
Division Controller
How would you describe your job to your mother?
Sanipac is privileged to serve each of our local communities. My job is to ensure it remains financially stable so that it can continue doing so for many years to come.
All families are unique, tell us about yours.
I’m very grateful for my family! My parents are two of the most supportive people I know, my little sister is wise beyond her years, and I have an 18 month-old niece that is too smart for her own good.
Tell us about your personal passions, talents, and/or hobbies.
I really enjoy the outdoors, fitness, and travel! Many times all at once (last year I ran a half marathon in Grand Teton National Park, for example). In my free time I enjoying running, competing in triathlons, exploring Oregon, hiking/backpacking, and searching for new favorite restaurants and craft beer.
Who inspired you when you were growing up, and why?
My parents inspired me growing up. They raised my sister and me, maintained a stable household, worked two full-time careers, and managed to make it to nearly every game, play, performance, etc. that my sister and I had. On top of that, they regularly found time to volunteer with a variety of local charities.
