Get To Know Chris And Why He Said Yes To Being A Model
How did you get roped into doing this, and what was your first thought when asked?
Amy Newport pointed me out and asked me. Who says no to Amy? No one!
Why did you say yes?
I was flattered to be honest. I thought it would be a good opportunity to somehow give back to an organization that gives back to communities across the nation.
What is your official job title?
Automotive sales consultant.
How would you describe your job to your mother?
I help people buy the vehicle that fits their wants and needs.
All families are unique, tell us about yours.
Guatemalan family of seven. We are super loving and caring. My two sisters and two brothers have been raised by two awesome parents!
Tell us about your personal passions, talents, and/or hobbies.
Passions...I'm still trying to figure that out. Talents: Athletic? A handyman...I can fix anything in a household. My hobbies: CrossFit, running, house projects, and cutting hair..
What is something that you swore you would never do as a parent before you had kids that you do now?
Stay up until midnight eating junk food and watching movies.
Who inspired you when you were growing up, and why?
Besides professional athletes, my father-in-law and my father are two individuals who I've always looked up to. Their strong work ethic and respect they’ve had for everyone.
If you could go back and talk to your 12-year-old self, what would you say?
Stick with one thing at a time. Complete everything you start. Pay close attention to the things you fail at and learn from them.
